Health Impacts Core
The Cornell University Health Impacts Core works collaboratively with partners across New York State and beyond to ensure the health and well-being for all. Whether examining the impacts of wildfires on air quality and health in real-time, bringing partners together for community-driven emergency preparedness, or implementing solutions for workforce development and strategic skills building, the Health Impacts Core is ready to serve.
Our approach is rooted in Collaborative Planning, Capacity Building, and Implementation Science. We use community engagement and community-based participatory approaches, including human-centered design and action research generate positive public health impacts.
