To help public health systems prepare for and respond to disease outbreaks (viral, vector-borne, or enteric), we leverage our faculty in two CDC Regional Centers of Excellence housed at Cornell in food safety and vector-borne disease. We also develop and deliver assessment, monitoring and evaluation, communication, or other training programs individually designed to meet the specific needs of state, city, and county health departments, as well as their community collaborators.
