Advancing Health Impact with Communities

Work with Us

There are several ways to work with Cornell’s Public Health Impacts Core. The best method is to just reach out! Please send us an email at health_impacts@cornell.edu

  • If you need assistance with a task, service, or deliverable.
  • If you have a strategic research assessment or evaluation question.
  • If you have training or tool development needs.
  • If you are looking to collaborate on a grant application.

Working with students

The Cornell Public Health Program embeds community-engaged work with student learning. This provides students with hands-on experiences to apply skills learned in the classroom to real-world situations. There are a variety of ways students can assist our partners, such as long-term project planning and development, filling work gaps, and internships.

If you have an idea for a new project or could use another enthusiastic team member to support an existing project, consider hosting a Cornell MPH student. Our students are motivated to dedicate time, energy, and skills to support organizations and create useful deliverables.

Here you can find more details on the different ways you can work with a student.

Reach out to the applied practice coordinator, Audrey Baker, at azb4@cornell.edu for more information.

Please note that depending on the request, it may take a day or two to respond to your inquiry as we determine who would be a good fit.
